 Ritsu Kawahara

She introduced various Japanese breads. I found that there are various bread specialty stores. The curry bread from the shop called Komuginodorei looked very delicious. I was really curious about what a vegan bread without milk, eggs and butter looks like.

Maika Kawamura

She was talking about easy-to-fat bread and hard-to-fat bread. I found that cream buns and other cream-filled and fried foods are easy to get fat. I also found that things that do not use sugar or butter, such as French bread and bagels, are hard to gain weight.

Yuiho Kawamoto

She was talking about her favorite breads, curry bread and danish pastry. It turns out that curry bread was developed as Western bread. It seems that frying curry bread is based on frying katsuretsu. Danish is from Denmark and I thought it would be very delicious with various arrangements.

Asuka Higo

She was presenting various French breads such as melon bread and French bread. I found it interesting that melon bread is based on melon and croissant is based on the moon, and each bread is influenced by various things. I have never eaten bread called Pando Campanion made in the French countryside, so I wanted to try it.

Rina Aoki

She introduced Yamaguchi Prefecture's school lunch bread. I have never served sesame bread or Amanatto bread for school lunch, so I thought it was interesting to see the differences between prefectures. She said that the sauce she ate on bread had cheese as well as jam and chocolate.

Suzue Ishikawa

She was talking about melon bread. She likes melon bread and said she always would buy melon bread at the bakery. Melon bread is an original Japanese bread, and it seems that it started from a shop called Kinseidou in Kobe. It turned out that there are various types of melon bread, such as those with a firm surface biscuit dough.

Ayana Usui

She was presenting about bread from around the world such as France and Italy. It turned out that there are various breads in each country such as French bread in France and Focaccia in Italy. There were many interesting things such as the moon, slippers, and intertwined buns that were the basis of bread.

Natsuki Kurose

She introduced KAMAITACHI's favorite convenience store bread based on their YouTube. I was happy to see a lot of bread that I had eaten. In particular, I also love the Hokkaido cheese steamed cake that Mr. Hamaya chose first, so I thought it was a popular bread.

  1. I thought it was good that you spoke each word carefully. I also thought it was very easy to understand that you supplemented what you wanted to say with diagrams instead of words on the slides. However, there were parts where your voice was low, so I think it would be even better if you were more conscious of speaking loudly and with confidence.

  3. I think your facial expression was good when you talked. As you were presenting with smiles, I was able to continue to be more interested in the content of your presentation. I think your presentation will be better if you use gestures.

  4. I think your presentation has a communication problem. The reason it's a problem is that there aren't many eye contacts. In order to solve it, I think it is good to practice speaking many times. I think this will give you a better presentation.

  5. I'm glad your speech was spoken at an easy-to-hear speed. However, I think it will be better to speak while looking at the listener.
