Arisa Hayashi
She talked about Kagoshima ramen. There is an event called Ramen King who decides delicious ramen in Kagoshima. I knew the event for the first time. I want to go someday.She also introduced a delicious Kagoshima ramen shop, so I wanted to go there as well.
Rina Aoki
She likes tonkotsu ramen. Her mother is from Fukuoka prefecture and she said she often goes to eat ramen in Fukuoka with her mother. She also introduced Hiroshima okonomiyaki. I found that the okonomiyaki in Hiroshima is a little different from the okonomiyaki in Osaka and contains noodles.
Yu Tomiyama
She was presenting about udon. She introduced how to make udon and udon from various prefectures. For the first time, I learned that there are various udon noodles in various parts of Japan, such as Sanuki udon noodles in Kagawa prefecture and Inaniwa udon noodles in Akita prefecture.
Kaho Miyake
She talked about ramen. She introduced how to make ramen noodles. She was talking about ramen soup. I found that there are different base types. Listening to her story, I wanted to eat various soup ramen.
Kotomi Honda
She was talking about various udon noodles from all over Japan. I thought it was interesting to hear the story of Oshibori udon, which eats udon with grated radish soup from Nagano. I thought that the noodles in Mie Ise udon were thick and delicious, so I would like to try them.
Nanaho Ishii
She was talking about frozen udon. She said that frozen udon can be eaten without boiling water if it is heated in the microwave, so it's easy. She likes thin udon noodles. I don't buy and eat thin udon so much, so I decided to buy it next time.
Narumi Toya
She was presenting about instant noodles. It turned out that chicken ramen that can be easily made with hot water was released in 1948. I was surprised that instant noodles can now be eaten as space food. She also introduced chicken ramen arrangements.
Natsuki Kurose
She was talking about Kagoshima ramen. It turned out that various ingredients are used in soup such as shiitake mushrooms, niboshi, and yasai. I was surprised to eat tsukemono and tea with ramen. The ramen that uses a rare part called pork toro looked very delicious. I would want to try eating it.
I thought it was a good way to tell a story. For example, After talking about udon noodles eaten all over Japan, we talked about the udon noodles eaten in each prefecture. You were looking at the manuscript as you gave her speech, but you were trying to make eye contact. I think this is nice effort. You were also smiling as you gave your speech, which I think helped to put the audience at ease.
